A place to understand and practice

Knowing the pattern is a beginning.
Practicing a response is the next step.

Pressure can pull you into familiar habits: saying yes before checking your capacity, reacting before you have time to think, or pushing through when you need to recover.

At Dr. Marks Academy, neuroscience becomes something you can use. The focus is on understanding what is happening and practicing skills that help you respond with greater awareness and flexibility.
